How to get data from the site?

There is a site - which I regularly look at and collect data from advertising plates into an Excel spreadsheet.
(My task is this)

How can I automate this process: connect to the site and collect data in a string?

I tried to connect via Power Query, but it did not work out to "isolate" the necessary text and numbers.

Google Spreadsheets has IMPORTXML (), in Excel it's easier to make a VBA user function

python handles this well :) and automatically loads all the data in Excell
