How to get bitcoin wallet address from hash?

Recently I read a translation of an article on Habré devoted to encryption on elliptic curves. ( https://habr.com/en/post/335906/ ).
The author described in detail the principles of the algorithm. But I still have a question, how to substitute the hash obtained, for example, sha256, into this algorithm? It needs to be converted to a number. How it's done?

like sha256? It needs to be converted to a number.
This is the number. Long. In hexadecimal system. Converting from hexadecimal system to decimal is easy to google.
