I am familiar with Thor, I2P, GnuPGP (I use Kleopatra), but I would like to know more about it. I also want to study cryptology, but wiki pages do not always help.

Unfortunately, in the Russian translation there is only a somewhat outdated 2nd edition. But still, it is better than the secondary products of those who themselves studied from this book.

On cryptography (as part of cryptology) I can recommend a course from Dan Bonet (Stanford).
