How to get back deleted folders on a flash drive? Brother deleted two folders with photos and reports. How to return them?

Make sure that no programs or operating systems write / will not write anything to the flash drive when connected, do not save anything to it yourself (including data recovery programs).
Download R.saver and run a full scan.
