How to get available delivery services in Bitrix?

Good afternoon, colleagues!
It so happened that I had to write my own checkout component in Bitrix, after a little torment everything turned out and worked fine, later it was necessary to display delivery services in accordance with location and weight restrictions. We figured out the locations, but with the weight limit - an ambush.
To get available deliveries, I use the
Delivery\Services\Manager::getRestrictedObjectsList($shipment);
The weight of the goods is indicated. Everything works correctly in the standard component, but you need your own. Maybe someone came across or knows what needs to be done with $shipment to make it work?
