The "Add to Cart" button on the 1C Bitrix product card does not work?

There is a site on 1c bitrix and I made it so that in the basket (along the path: "/personal/cart/") the goods for the promotion were displayed.
The output of the goods was done through the "news in detail" component. There is one problem when you hover over this product in the basket, more precisely, on the product card and click on the "Add to cart" button, nothing happens
From other pages, the "news in detail" component works out, the button works when clicked, adds to the cart

The "news details" component (bitrix:news.detail) is not designed to display products.
To display a product, you need to use the capabilities of the bitrix:catalog.element component. It
is not very clear in the course of the text how you want to add it to the basket while in the basket? Do you have a popup window? Do you connect and transfer scripts?
