How to bulk upload and insert many files on a page?

There are 3 thousand pdf files.
They need to be uploaded to the site and inserted on a page (or several pages) as a simple list of download links: file_name1.pdf file_name2.pdf
file_name3.pdf Can this be done using Bitrix built-in tools? Maybe there are add-ons?

I already found it myself. The task turned out to be not so niche, but rather typical, since there is a ready-made free solution in the catalog.

Relatively. You can use the infoblock and news.list to display with additional. property, but that would not be the best solution.
This is a niche task and there are hardly any ready-made solutions.
As for the original task, there are a lot of ways to do it:
1) Put it in a folder and output it with a simple script (on the forehead, but it can take a long time and you can’t fix it from the admin panel)
2) Upload from Bitrix and get it through CFile - it’s already better, but if there are a lot of them, the server and browser may not withstand
3) Develop your own solution.
