How to get application windows out of vmware and redirect launch .exe from linux?

There is VMware and OC Linux (more specifically Linux Mint 17 with the cinnamon shell) Is it possible to display virtual machine windows in the same Virtualbox in the same Virtualbox, and is it possible to run .exe files and the like from the host system right away in the emulator? (In VMware it spins Windows 10)
