ESXi creates new virtual disks even though space is full?

Hello!
New to the world of virtualization, so many questions arise. Now the main and most critical is the following.
I migrated ubuntu server to esxi and made a thin disk. After 20 days of uptime, ubuntu is cut down, and in esxi it is written about the lack of space.
On a 223GB ssd, 5mb is available. After deleting 2 snapshots (-5gb), I run ubuntu and see: no, my webmin writes that about 80gb is free and 120 is occupied, i.e. enough space.

After that, I got into the datastore itself and saw that for some reason esxi creates NEW volumes and regularly writes some files, changes (?), However, the server spins almost without any gestures. those. + -10GB of files are not regularly loaded into it. except for the logs, but it does not even take 1GB per day.

After deleting the snapshots, esxi told me to consolidate the ubuntu server, but there is no more room for this process. those. when I click "consolidate" - it gives me an error "no free disk space".

The question is: what to do? How to delete (and is it possible) these newly created disks and what to do when the space runs out again? (I have 3GB of free space left, and the value decreases every hour). I hope for your help!!

(pictures are not loaded, I had to publish links. I’ll tell you this.
The first and 4 are how much space I had left in a day and in two.
The second is the originally created disk when transferring ubuntu to eschi
the third is those disks (0001-0003) that ubuntu creates for some reason. 001 and 002 weigh 60 and 40 GB respectively, 003, therefore, is still 5, but its value is growing
5 - virtual machine settings)

Once again, I hope for your help! thank!
