How to get and process video from a webcam on android?

I found an application called gDMSS HD Lite . I haven’t come across this before, but there was a need to study the zen of this type of program and it’s interesting how I can still receive data from a webcam ( port, name, password .. ) and how to display it on the android screen later, maybe you know similar programs or articles on writing them? Maybe there are sources? I would like to figure it all out.
