Why might the app store not work on Meizu m5s?

Lagal smart, there were problems like freezing in applications, all sorts of closures for no reason, and so on. It was decided to reset to the factory to get rid of the waste products of the system. As a result, after the reset, the App Store from Meizu stopped working, that is, even to install any Google Suite, I had to dance well with a tambourine. The phone is already 2 years old and it seems like not a lot, before I started to lag there were no complaints. Plus, before the reset, the app store worked, if anything. Tell me what else could be the problem, besides what the search engines give out, by type of hosts and so on, everything should be clean there, after resetting the system. Maybe you need to install some kind of update manually?

• The time is correct.
• Not the application itself is loaded, but the info inside it, does not even show a failure message, but just an endless download.
• Programs of the type of freedom and so on were not used.
• After dancing with a tambourine, the installed play market and other applications (vk, vatsap, instagram, taxi, maps ...) are installed and work fine. But the app store did not start working.
