How to get an economic education?

Hello, I work as a front-end developer, I’m interested in fintech, now I’m thinking that technically I’m already savvy and I can get the missing knowledge myself, then in terms of finance / economics, I have no idea where to get the knowledge I need (and what specific knowledge I generally need ). I’m thinking of going to a Kyiv university, but I don’t know if it makes sense, because I don’t need a crust, but knowledge. Can go to private courses or even self-education (as I did in programming).
Tell me what to do in this situation?

@Mrbrom

Listen to HSE courses on the courser or openedu.ru.
There are many of them, three basic ones - micro and macro economics, financial markets and institutions
. I think this is more than enough to understand the basic things, and understand where and how to move on.
