What book to take to learn PHP?

please advise a good and up-to-date book on "PHP5+":
preferred language = Russian;
goal = "taste" PHP and finish "home_page";
starting conditions = HTML/CSS, an inquisitive mind and a fantastic desire to learn.

Well, as if this question has already been asked a thousand times :)
HTML, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. Gentleman... - not a bad book, everything is dismantled there from the beginning, and a full course of web development is viewed. A lot of people spit, but I don't know why. For the first few years, it served as a reference for me.
