There are several thousand transactions in the account. The usual method for getting a list of trades returns 50 positions.
At the same time, I receive the next value in the response, in theory this is the position from which the data should be taken. But how and where to specify this figure in the method?

If you are interested in uploading a large amount of data, then the start method is not the best idea.
Bitrix described in his manual how best to do this (along with performance measurements):
