How to access booking.com API?

I need to access the booking.com API as a developer. Based on their site, only a registered user can get api . I tried to register as a developer, it didn’t work out.

There reason is that: When your site's domain does not meet our quality standards. The website domain must:

i) Be live and/or fully functional
ii) have unique travel related content
iii) have a consistent and large number of daily visitors for several months.

In these cases, your website was not accepted. Should you wish to register again, we kindly recommend that you do so once the website has met our quality standards in terms of visitors and content. You will need to use a different email address when registering again, as the system does not accept the previously used email address.
Who has had experience in getting the booking API? Are there any workarounds for getting the API without registering? Or how you can bypass registration to get the API

There are 2 types of api:
1. Connectivity API - for real estate management
Designed for PMS providers. To start using it, you must first become a booking partner.
2. Demand API - for booking
Designed for websites - here you do not manage real estate, but you get a percentage for the fact that a person has booked something through your website. It seems like you don’t need to become a partner for him, but there is still some kind of moderation.
If you are not developing a PMS or a website with bookings, then all that remains is to parse the booking itself
