How to get all colors as variables in Figma?

I'm making a layout from Figma.
I once heard that Figma allows you to collect all the colors used as SASS / LESS variables.
If it is possible how to do it? Where is this magic button?
Is it possible to do the same with fonts? To see all the colors and fonts that are used in the layout.

In order for you to see all the colors and fonts, the designer must create variables with these styles and use only them. There is no button that simply checks all styles.
Well, if the designer did not create styles, then there can be sooo many different fonts and colors in the layout. If I were you, I would ask the designer to take an inventory of all the styles.
