How to get administrator rights with such a problem (described below)?

Accidentally deleted in the registry, something that should not have been touched at all. Now videos, pictures and music are not opened by standard programs. I read that the only solution to this is to create a new user and switch to it. But here, after this action, my main user (admin) started to give a black screen at startup and I can’t do anything there, except to start the task manager. After that, through another user, I launched the console on behalf of the admin and wrote "net user Administrator / active: no" now that account has disappeared altogether, and the second one does not have admin rights, and when I want to do something like this 5b589bed34f29273513775.jpeg(photo, screen failed to make )
How to get admin rights for this user without having access to the previous (main) account?

Boot into safe mode, the administrator account is enabled by default.
And this... you would say that you deleted something, maybe we will stupidly give you the necessary registry branch and that's enough?!
