How to get a product (ID and other data) by property value (article)?

Is it possible to get a product (ID, etc.) by the value of the article (property). Found in the opposite direction, i.e. property by product ID
dev.1c-bitrix.ru/api_help/iblock/classes/ciblockel... as far as I understand.
But the reverse is nowhere to be seen. Is it possible at all?

in $arFilter you pass the value of the article and finds all products with this article
