Testing exchange with 1s. How to upload pictures?

Good afternoon!
I test manually the exchange of 1c and the site.
I put import.xml in /upload/1c_catalog and
run https://sitename.ru/bitrix/admin/1c_exchange.php?t...
The product is created in the infoblock with all the specified descriptions/properties, but the images are not loaded.
Q. Do you need to specify the path to the pictures in the xml file and where should they be?
Tried like this, but nothing happened <Picture> https://sitename.ru/test.jpgPicture >
