How to get a list of streets next to an object?

Good day!
The project must show the 10 closest streets to the object.
I was looking for how to implement this through Yandex.Maps, but I did not find anything. Kladr cannot help in this situation either. Actually the question is how it is better to implement it, what to use? Is it really necessary to create your own database for such a task?

Take a look at openstreetmap . It does not have an API, but you can download the desired part of the planet and deploy a base with streets alone. Then it's a matter of SQL technology :)
