How to get a list of changed data when updating a post in Wordpress?

Needed when updating a record, i.e. executing edit_post to get a list of what has been changed with the previous values. for example, changed the title, saved. and while saving, a function was executed that outputs to a text file that user No. 3 changed the title from "hello" to "bye". How to pass changes to a function?
