Why won't Elementor load the element library?

Need help solving the problem. After transferring the site to a new hosting, the library of elements in Elementore stopped loading. Standard methods: disable elements and try one at a time, change the php version, recreate CSS and synchronize the library do not help. What other ways to solve this problem, thanks in advance for the help.
