How to get a job as a web designer?
Finished thin. university in Ekb. I work in a local office as a "master" of all trades. Starting with printing, ending with video editing and site assembly in Joomla.
There is no desire to spray anymore, so I firmly decided to be a web designer worthy of the level of you-know-who studio!
I called a number of decent firms for a vacancy for a web designer. As a rule, they answered me, they say, gain experience and come back in a year (not a fact).
How realistic is it to get a job in a decent web office as a layout designer, and eventually grow up to a web designer? Because There are much more local layout vacancies than web design.

Look, You-know-who is not an authority for more or less serious designers.
You can get a layout designer. But growing up to a web designer will only work if the company is engaged in web design along the way, not otherwise. Therefore, it is worth trying your hand at the studio.
