How to optimize the routine design process?

Friends, there is such a situation, I came to work in a company where you need to issue a website per day (I mean landing pages), this speed greatly affects the quality of work, so, I would like to know how similar processes take place in your offices / companies / studios ? I ask you to tell us about such cases, and specifically, how to work productively and efficiently under such conditions? If there is some kind of literature or lecture, then let me read it too, if not difficult. Thank you very much!)

I don't know how much this will help you, but I'll tell you how I do it.
I make guidelines for each new project:
1. Grid: 960 bootstrap (for standard projects), or I make it myself, focusing on the amount of content modulargrid.org/#app , you can take good ready-made grids here www.cssauthor.com/bootstrap-grid-system -psd-templates
2. Typography: immediately gives a set (h1, h2, h3, h4, paragraph, list + size sizes, leading, etc. + a set of css, scss, less, styl styles, but this is more for layout) www.gridlover.net/app/. (There are also many ready-made presets in different proportions. And of course everything can be adjusted manually)
As a weaker alternative to pearsonified.com/typography
3. Fonts:https://www.google.com/fonts/ + www.fontsquirrel.com + selection of font combinations: www.typegenius.com , goo.gl/mp4IJD (selection from designmodo.com/) , well, more seriously https:// www.typewolf.com/
4. Color palette (if the client does not have a brand book, which is more common): www.materialpalette.com , www.colourlovers.com , https://color.adobe.com/ + color.romanuke.com (I use it more often, I choose the key color of the brand and select the appropriate palette based on it)
5. Buttons and links: well, it’s clear, button sizes, shape, states, text size, color of links and their style.
6. Icons: if you have a ready-made website prototype, you can immediately create a set of icons www.flaticon.com , dribbble marked free, etc. etc.
Of course, everything depends on the project, sometimes you can add to all this more: a set of functional blocks (which are constantly repeated), but often this set is enough. Further from this all the layout is assembled.
In the process of design:
1. Photos: thestocks.im , and a great plugin for PS - uberstock
2. Patterns: subtlepatterns.com
Well, actually, that's it.

Here the frames are for landings (more for "foreign" landings will do). Of course, it is clear that they are not intended for visualization. Copy-paste + revision and a good result will be obtained. Although now a bunch of already collected templates. Well, or use kits, as written above. Or redo your past projects.
