How to get a certificate with Let's Encrypt on CentOS 7 + Apache?

Hello. I'm trying to get a certificate for domains with Let's Encrypt, I do everything exactly according to the instructions https://www.hostinger.ru/rukovodstva/kak-ustanovit... but at the stage
certbot --apache -d example.ru
I get some kind of error

Client with the currently selected authenticator does not support any combination of challenges that will satisfy the CA.

Can anyone suggest how, nevertheless, to fix the error and get the certificates? :) Thanks.

Try it via webroot , there are usually no problems with it.
