I heard that you can "throw" the desired REST API into YAML, after which the interface will be generated, which remains to be implemented.

Questions:
1. Where is the best place to sketch the API scheme?
2. Who specifically needs to "feed" this "sketch" in order to get an interface (class) at the output?
