How to forward local ip for wi-fi network devices?

I have a raspberry pi 2 device. It has kodi.tv (formerly xbmc). Rasbery gets internet via ethernet cable connected to macbook pro. Macbook pro, in turn, receives the Internet via wi-fi.
If you open the address 192.168.2.2 on a macbook, a page for managing kodi will open, while if you open this address on an iPhone that is connected to the same wi-fi network as the macbook, it will not open.
Question: how to share the address 192.168.2.2 on osx so that it is available to other devices on a wi-fi network?
