How to forward computer for guest OS in hyper-v?

I have read that the entire linux shielded vm can be run on a separate machine. That is, Windows on the main OS (host) on the first PC, and the guest OS on the other. But this is only a title) so it’s probably also possible. And hybrid type hyper-v, which is what this saying claims. Not adequate: what PC does the brandmauer work on? This is windows server

A guest OS on another PC will automatically become the host OS for that PC.

"Which PC does the firewall work on?"

In short, then: the built-in firewall works on "virtual machine number 0"
This is "from the same opera" as the CPU load in Task Manager
To protect the same specific group of VMs (from 1 pc to N pcs) in a separate VM with 2-3 VLAN we deploy software a la MS TMG Server.

We throw out decorative elements:
Used by Hyper-V , OS Windows Server 2019 (VVM: or 2016? 2012 R2? It matters)
(as of 2019-11-11: OS Windows Server 2019 or Windows 10 -- exactly)
Linux (VVM: which one? RHEL? SUSE? Or? ) must be run inside a shielded VM ( shielded VM) , run on a separate "physical" machine ( host "number 2") .
That is, Windows on the main OS (host) on the first PC, and the guest OS on the other.
Such a scheme?

PS GNS3 (maybe EVE-NG, but I'm less familiar with it), how does the simulation tool suit you?
