Upgrade and install to the latest software version (Autodesk) in an environment of more than 250 machines?

There is a zoo of 250+ machines with software from Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax). How to automate the process of installing updates and installing the latest version of the software without running around the zoo and manual installations?
