How to forward all traffic of a virtual machine through Tor?

I want to run a virtual machine and forward all traffic through the Tor network. I found an article , did everything according to the scheme, only for some reason 2 connections appeared in the network devices.

In VirtualBox, only the second connection was visible, and the Internet is not available through it (in VMWare there is also no access to the Internet through this connection).

In VMWare, you can see the first connection, I set it as bridged

In the settings of the tortilla, I changed the port I

started the torus, launched the tortilla, in the ethernet virtual machine it shows that there is a connection, but there is no connection, even the ping does not

work What did I do wrong? Judging by the tortilla, the requests are coming, in tor-browser everything connects great...

@rusbaron

Not appropriate, of course, but maybe a ready-made Tails will do?
