Ubuntu 2 users, 2 vpn services, how to set up?

There is ubuntu 12.04, there are two vpn services (webmastervpn, vip72) on Windows they offer clients, and there you can connect to different servers. I have created another user in Ubuntu. Is it possible to enable webmastervpn on the first user, and vip72 on the other, and so that the connection is not lost when I switch between users, I need to switch often.
