How to forward a video card in oVirt 4 to a Windows guest?

Good afternoon.
Is it possible to forward a video card to a guest OS on the oVirt 4 virtualization platform?
Node :
MB ASUS P9X79 PRO - VT-d is enabled in BIOS
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz
GPU Nvidia Quadro 600
OS Version: RHEL - 7 - 2.1511.el7.centos.2.10
OS Description: CentOS Linux 7 (Core)
Kernel Version: 3.10.0 - 327.36.3.el7.x86_64
KVM Version: 2.3.0 - 31.el7.16.1
LIBVIRT Version: libvirt-1.2.17-13.el7_2.5
VDSM Version: vdsm -4.18.13-1.el7.centos
SPICE Version: 0.12.4 - 15.el7_2.2
Added
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=" ... pci-stub.ids=10de:0df8,10de:0bea intel_iommu=on iommu=pt to grub rdblacklist=nouveau"
As a result, it is forwarded, Windows sees it, installs the driver, but the video card hangs in the Device Manager with an error:
"Windows has stopped this device because it reported a problem. (Code 43)" I
used the following manuals
https://www.ovirt .org/develop/release-management/f...
https://vfio.blogspot.ru/2015/05/vfio-gpu-how-to-s...
Tried Quadro 600 and GTX 550 Ti, Windows 10 and Windows 7 - same result.
