How to forward a port to a virtual machine in VMWare?

On my home PC there is a virtual machine with ubuntu. There is a router at home. It is necessary to make access on external aypishnik. The virtual machine works through NAT so that the server immediately goes online without any VPNs. How to forward a port to a virtual machine if the router does not detect it as a device?
