How to force yourself?
How did you force yourself to work constantly in VIM?
Gvim is not an option.
p.s Advise plugins for:
quickly open a file by name, several tabs, like everything. I work with django/python.
I don’t need too many fancy plugins for the second time. I’m trying to work hard with vim, but Sublime is so good.
pp.ss I want to study Wim when it is necessary to edit "on the knee" and there is nowhere to expand the mouse. Yes, and for the general development.

Didn't force it at all. Or rather, at first I read a book, wrote out the necessary hotkeys on a piece of paper and put it in front of the keyboard, and only then took vim "to work" when there was already an understanding of how it works.
I use plugins:
Tagbar
The-NERD-Commenter
The-NERD-tree
airblade/vim-gitgutter
bling/vim-airline
dart-lang/dart-vim-plugin
fatih/vim-go
gregsexton/gitv
kchmck/vim-coffee-script
maksimr/ vim-jsbeautify
mattn/go-errcheck-vim
mileszs/ack.vim
powerman/vim-plugin-ruscmd
rails.vim
slim-template/vim-slim
solarized
tpope/vim-haml
tpope/vim-markdown
valloric/youcompleteme
tpope/vim-surround
vitalk/vim-simple-todo
wombat256.vim
No need to force it idiocy. For general development, you need to do what you like and not force yourself
I somehow learned the basic commands using vimtutor (the command / program is like this). What they give is enough for editing configs.
