How to force traffic to go through the OpenVPN server?

Good day everyone!
Today I raised the OpenVPN server again following this instruction https://hostpresto.com/community/tutorials/how-to-...
It seems that everything turned out as it should. And on Windows, the client has started and the 10.8.0.1 subnet is pinged, and on the iPhone, too, the client is in the green "Connected" state. But the trouble is, I go to the myip website and see that I have my IP there, and not the IP address of the OpenVPN server. Hence the question: how to force all traffic to go through the OpenVPN server?
PS Once upon a time I did it on Zentyal and I remember there was some kind of checkmark, putting which I changed the IP to the address of the OpenVPN server.
Please help. I'm not that strong yet...

In order for all traffic to go through the tunnel, define the client-config-dir parameter in the server config (this is the directory in which the configs for specific clients will be located), create the client settings file in client-config-dir/%clientname%, in which you specify the directive push "redirect-gateway def1" . Everything.
