How to force to display errors with required parameters?

Hello! Probably accidentally disabled this feature...
When there is a function or method with required parameters that I forgot to specify when calling, phpStorm used to swear. And now it is silent, as if everything is called correctly. Tell me what setting is responsible for this

Settings -> Editor -> Inspections -> PHP -> Type Compatibility -> Parameter Type
