How to force shift L + ctrl/alt + shift R to switch layout?

I have ctrl+shift configured to switch layouts in ubuntu, but the situation is exactly the same with alt+shift.
How the situation manifests itself:
- hold shift L - press shift R + ctrl / alt - the layout switches
- hold shift L - press ctrl / alt + shift R - the layout does not switch
And vice versa in the same way (when we first hold the right shift).
I just sat on windows for a long time - there is no such problem there. I'm used to holding the left shift, after that I see that the layout is not the same and I press ctrl + shift on the right, but the layout does not switch.
How can this be defeated?

Solved a problem.
In the "Text Input" settings, you need to set keyboard shortcuts for switching layouts as follows:
- To the next source: hold down Ctrl R + Shift R + Ctrl L
- To the previous source: hold down Shift R + Crtl L + Shift L
Exactly in this sequence!
As a result, they are recognized as follows (what will be written):
- Shift + Ctrl + Control L
- Shift + Ctrl + Shift L

Everything is quite simple: Ubuntu considers both ciphers to be one key if it comes first in the hotkey settings (for example, like Shift + Alt L). The combination is considered completed only after its implementation has been registered, and after that at least one button has been released.
In the first case, the OS first registers a shift press (one, despite the fact that it is actually pressed twice), then pressing and raising ctrl / alt.
In the second case, the OS registers a shift press, then ctrl / alt, and waits for the user to press another key, or release one of the pressed ones. But, since the shift is not undressed by her to the right and left, pressing the second one does not affect her in any way, she still thinks that only two keys are clamped.
Honestly, I don’t know how to fix it, you can dig towards separating them in the keyboard layout.
