How to recover data on SSD?

After inattentive input of the command sudo dd if=/Desktop/file.iso of=/dev/sdbwhere sdc should have been instead of sdb, the system disk was gone.
You can see the disk in BIOS. Not in the file manager. In gparted it passes as unallocated with warning: /dev/sdb: unrecognized disk label .
So far, no action has been taken so as not to worsen the situation. I would very much like to recover several files with tables and Word documents. Can anything be done?
UPD : Added screenshots from testdisk

UPD2 : Photorec was able to recover several necessary .odt and .ods files. Unfortunately, the .kdb files were found, but keepass cannot open them.

In addition to the previous tips, I advise you to first make a copy of the damaged disk and work with it already.

@seniorivn

for the future, put separately system partitions and partitions with configs.
Well, be careful with dd, of course.
