Generally. There is DNS hosting under our own control, I want to make it so that when requesting a domain located on the bottom hosting, if the client did not renew the service, or the domain was not renewed, an error page would be displayed.
For example, the client mydomain.ru. The client did not pay for the service. It is necessary to give the page to the form mydomain.ru/error.html with the text that access to the service is suspended and bla-bla-bla...

You direct to your own IP, not to the client's IP. On which nginx sits. Which on all requests and answers - as it is necessary to you.
All that needs to be done in bind is to somehow adjust the zone on the fly based on the billing system data.
