Does anyone have problems with the work of googledns on er-telecom?

From one point I observe problems with the availability of googledns, most of the dns requests time out, does anyone else have such problems?

use cloudfare and opennic + level3 dns
for me when the problems started, I left them with 1 DNS each, so far everything seems to be ok

Well, dom.sru is generally a so-so provider. Somehow I used their services - they wanted to scam me for television, which I did not use. I had to threaten the court - all of a sudden - it worked :)
Most likely they wrap all DNS traffic on themselves, just like my current provider.

Yes, the problems were slow, I just sent dns to 1.1.1.1
