How to force div scrolling if all elements don't fit on one Boostrap row?

How can I implement scrolling in my case. It comes to mind to make overflow:hidden and Java script onmousedown() and onmousemove() increase horizontal scrolling. But maybe there are ways to automatically implement the scrolling of an element if it does not fit using Bootstrap?
