How to force an iOS profile to connect to Wi-Fi with given settings after deleting another profile with similar settings?

I have two configuration profiles for the iPad, both contain a certificate and a setting for connecting to a corporate wi-fi network, one certificate is permanently on the device, the second one will be received when registering in the MDM system, and everything would be fine, but when the certificate is from MDM system is deleted, the first certificate that is permanently on the device no longer affects the connection to Wi-Fi, and the TLS connection must be configured manually, how can this be fixed?

Separate certificates into separate profiles and install sequentially.
Do I understand correctly that you have CA, RADIUS and a machine certificate there?
