What control in iOS will be similar to the android Menu?

In general, on android there is this (dropdown when tapping on "Meetings"):

In iOS'e it will be done similarly, but when tapping on "Meetings" I don't know what is better to show:

Judging by Apple's guides, the Picker control would be the best option?

It may not sound paradoxical, but in ios for such tasks the control segment is used (see for yourself if it fits into the application design)

Or a custom controller (a view with three buttons that will simply hide on click)
