The home router stopped working, when turned on, all indicators begin to blink intensively, if connected via LAN, the connection is established for 2-3 seconds, then disconnected and reconnected for 2-3 seconds (so ad infinitum). A search on the Internet gave only that there were problems with the firmware, I tried to do everything according to the instructions from another modem (because I didn’t find an instruction for this) only the first item “press reset 3 times” helped - after that the connection is established, only the LAN1 indicator starts blinking to to which the patch cord is connected. Next, I turn to the second point, you need to connect via PuTTY using the telnet protocol to the modem (192.168. I ping the gateway but the packets do not come 50-70% loss, i.e. the modem does not send packets at all.
PS The network card is configured correctly
