Why can't I reflash the router?

Router TL-WR940N v5
I'm trying to install OpenWRT tiny
Through the web interface, I get an error that I'm slipping something wrong.
TFTP client reports connection failure...
static ip set to 192.168.0.66, ping to 192.168.0.1 is in progress, router was reset...
