How to fix WordPress SMTP ERROR error?

Good day, I use the Easy WP SMTP plugin to send emails to the mail, I started to configure
the SMTP host I entered: smtp.gmail.com I
chose the encryption type: SSL / TLS I
chose the SMTP port: 465
Well, I entered the login and password from the mail, I checked everything to lok. everything worked fine on the server, uploaded it to the hosting and does not work, when I send a test email it gives an error:
