How to fix widget loading error in android?

Suddenly, after rebooting the Samsung Galsxy Note, the widgets on the desktops stopped loading. In particular, electronic clock, weather, GoogleDrive. Among the "missing" widgets are both pre-installed and installed by me during operation. I did not transfer applications to the flash card. I do not want to do a wipe. Is there a reasonable explanation for such a disgrace. On the target forums there is a solution only through a wipe. Maybe there are Android gurus who can make this issue more transparent. I use the standard TwLauncher, by the way, it simply does not show widgets, and Go Launcher leaves frames with the inscription "Widget cannot be loaded".

No ad blocker? Is the device rooted?

I recommend installing sdk and connecting the phone to the computer. Use adb logcat and see what exactly is the problem. Throw a piece here - maybe there is something intelligible in the logs.
