How to fix wi-fi drops on ubuntu 20.04?

Hey!
I installed release 20.04 a couple of months ago, a lot of updates have already passed, but it is on this release that my wi-fi falls off every 5 minutes.
On the previous release 19.08, everything seems to be ok, on the os windows 10 installed before it, it never happened.
Can you tell me how to solve the issue? Google gives solutions, but for older versions 14, and they do not fit.

Switch to normal OS.
Or try to load the old kernel, if it works, then most likely they messed up with the module for your card. If not, then the problem is with some NetworkManager, unsubscribe there.
You can also try to google the driver for your WiFi module and try to build it.
