How to fix wampserver error - "2 of 3 services running"?

Hello. I recently installed wampserver on a PC with Windows 10 and at startup, the program icon at the bottom should be green, but mine is yellow and it will display the message above. I dug around the Internet and found out that the port may be busy, but I have a local server, phpMyAdmin, Adminer, MySQL, MariaDB start without errors. The logs are also clean, there is no line about some kind of error. What is wrong here? Any help would be appreciated
