How to fix Ubuntu (mariadb) long shutdown/restart?

Hello.
The question arose for a long time, but until recently the situation was relatively tolerable.

The situation is as follows: almost every time you turn off / restart the computer, you have to wait a very long time for the end of the mariadb process (on versions 18.04, 19.10 this time was around 3-5 minutes) on 20.04 it became completely sad - 15 minutes, so I turn off the button more often.

The MariaDB version most likely has nothing to do with it, since I previously used other versions (depending on the version of Ubuntu). Installed from the official repository . The base itself works fine, the problem is only when it is turned off.

systemctl status mariadb.serviceoutputs the following:

Unfortunately, I couldn't manage on my own :( Tell me, how to fix such a long end of mariadb?

I have mariadb installed in LAMP on 18.04 and no troubles.
Here business probably not in mariadb.
